Welcome to RowPrompt (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using RowPrompt, you (“user”, “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

RowPrompt is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool provided by Michal Strnad, IČO: 07662491, registered in Czechia, with business address: Zlatnická 82, 252 41, Zlatníky-Hodkovice - Zlatníky ("the Operator"). The Service allows you to upload CSV files, process them via AI (OpenAI API), and download processed results.

2. User Accounts

• You may create an account using your email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use RowPrompt.
• Account deletion is available by request sent to info@rowprompt.com. Once deleted, all associated data will be removed and cannot be recovered.

3. User Content & Prohibited Use

• You retain all rights to your uploaded and processed files.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or prohibited purposes, or to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to exploit, overload, or damage the Service.
• Please report any security vulnerabilities or flaws.

4. Payment & Credits

• Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Credits are sold in packages and required for full data processing.
• You are informed of the credits required for each job before confirming a purchase.
• Processed files and results are available for 30 days after processing.
• No refunds are provided if you fail to download your results within this 30-day period.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• If you are unhappy with the results, please contact info@rowprompt.com to request a refund.
• Refunds may be full or partial, depending on file processing and credit usage. Unused credits may be revoked upon processing a refund.
• Please attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting us before pursuing legal action or chargebacks.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimer

• The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.
• We strive to keep the Service secure, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
• We reserve the right to change the Service, suspend accounts, or remove access at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or other claims arising from the use of the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will be posted on our website, with the date of last update.
• Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by Czech law.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Czechia.
